Sharing FutureS is a research-based method that explores how narratives – books, films, series, and social media – can be used as tools to support young adults’ mental well-being and enhance their coping skills in the face of personal and global concerns about the future, particularly those related to climate change. The method is grounded in research from narrative studies and psychology.
Results showed that participating in the program increased personal well being, social wellbeing, and “climate hope”. This event will share our key results and it will invite educators, researchers, policymakers, cultural workers, and young adults to help shape where this journey goes next.
The event will take place in English.
